To regulate the disposal of pastoral land of the Crown (Sir George Grey.) Mr Fish moved the committal of the Otago Harbor Board Empowering Bill — Mr Macandrew objected to the Bill, ; and insisted that it required modifica- , tion. — Mr Rolleston supported the Bill, ■ but suggested that the sum asked for ! should be reduced from £300,000 to ; £200,000.
