Dairy Cattle Market Shade Easier
PUKEKOHE STOCK SALE BEEF VALUES FIRM PIGS IN KEEN DEMAND' - An easier tone prevailed in the dairy cattle section at the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited’s fortnightly, sale at Pukekohe yesterday. This class of cattle was in short supply.* There was an average yarding of cattle. Springers were easier, and beef sold well up to Westfield rates. Boner cattle met with keen competition and values showed an improvement on the previous sale.
