PIPIROA FERRY OFF3CBAL TO LIVE AT PUKEKAWA Mr B. .1. Welch, who for Ihe past ten years has resided on the Hauraki Plains, is leaving to take up farming at Pukekawa, says the Hauraki Plains Gazette. For the past eight years Mr Welch lias been well-known as the County official at the Pipiroa ferry. He was also secretary for the St. John Ambulance at Waitakaruru, and was a very able supporter of all sports bodies on and around Hauraki Plains.
