THE FRANKLIN ASSOCIATION REPIIES E N TAT IV E TEA .\ F Hockey matches played on Saturday under the auspices of 1 lie Franklin Association resulted: — Waiau Pa heat Kohekohe B in the final for Hie Smith cup at Waiuku by 4 goals to nil. Goals were scored for Waiau Pa by Farley (2). Bell and McGowan. The team to represent the Franklin Hockey Association in a match against United" (Auckland) at Waiuku next Saturday is as follows: Bagsliaw, Bellingham, Alger, Cooper, Giiott. Saddleten, Gilmore, McGowan, Smith, Beil, Brennan.
The Frankin team was defeated on Saturday by the Auckland Colts by 0 goals to one. ;
