County By-Election To-morrow.
The by-election to fill the vacant seat on the Franklin County Council paused by the death ol' Mr H. J. Flay, representative of the Urury riding, will take place to-morrow. The two candidates are: F. M. Mullions and W. A. Peterson. The polling hours are from 9 a'.rn. to (5 p.m.
