LONDON MARKET REPORT.
BUTTER OUTLOOK GLOOMY.
Messrs Leonard and Son, Ltd., New Zealand agents for Mr A. C. Rowson, London, have received the following cable from their principal dated March 14. :
Cheese: Deliveries, New Zealand and Australian, 29,910 crates; Canadian, 3,G03 boxes. Stock: New Zealand and Australian, 90,069 crates; Canadian, 120,194 boxes. Price: New Zealand white, 84/-; coloured, 85/-. Demand: Moderate. The market is steady. Outlook —cannot advise, but think market wilt not change much for the present. Butter: Price, New Zealand, first grade, 139/-; finest, lit/-. Demand is falling off. The market is again duR. Outlook —cannot advise, but think market will go lower unless improved demand.
