HORSES BOLT WITH WAGGON.

A fractured wrist, head arid body bruises were sustained by Mr James Wattam, a farmer residing on Tram■way Road, near Glenbrook station, on "Wednesday afternoon. Mr Wattam was driving a two-horse waggon toward his home when; the •animals took fright and bolted. He was endeavouring to chedk. their-mad career but a jolt threw him out of the vehicle and a wheel passed over him. The, injured man was attended by Dr. J. McWhirter, of Pukekohe.- . * '-'."
