STRAND THEATRE.
TO-NIGHT (TUESDAY). Blanchard’s Musical Entertainers, who have just finished a successful tour of New Zealand on the Fuller circuit, will open at the Strand tonight with their star musical acts, introducing the world’s latest novelties, elaborate stage fit up and dressings. Don’t fail to hear sonorous organ chimes, tubular harp, silver xylophone, Russian sleigh and swiss hand bells; also their original enovelty, the musical crickets. Not a dull moment during the time they occupy the stage. Also, in conjunction, a Paarlr.ount special entitled “The Eyes of the Soul,” starring Elsie Ferguson. THURSDAY, MARCH 3. A great novel that made a great play and now makes a greater picture. Henry Ain ley in "Quinney’s.” A loveable story that makes real and lasting- friends. A character full of strenght, yet with the most delicate half-tones, Joe Quinnev is a remarkable creation, always human and intensely real. Henry Ain ley. as Joe Quinney, is a superb pe; fonnanco, instinct with understanding of human nature, and triumphant in every art known to the actor of touching the hearts of an audience by revelations of unsuspected emotion. Good supports. Usual prices.
