QUEEN ATTENDED BY EYE SPECIALIST.

LONDON, July 14.—When the lloyal train arrived at Rugby on its way to Scotland, Dr J. A. Wakes Miller went aboard to attend the Queen. A telegram was sent to Dr S. IT. Faulkner, an eye specialist attached to tho Crewe- Memorial Hospital, to meet the train at Crewe, where it arrived nearly half an hour late. Dr Faulkner and one hospital physician spent 20 minutes in \ the Royal compartment. The train left Crewe for Scotland nearly 45 minutes late. The train earlier had been stopped''at Tring ‘ and a call was put through to Rugby requesting that a doctor he waiting at the station. A few minutes . later another call was made to Crewe requesting -that an eye specialist be waiting to attend the Queen. It is not yet known what the trouble" is.
