ST. CLAIR CLUB. A sealed holes match was played on Tuesday by the St. Clair Ladies’ Club, and trophies for the winners were given by Mrs W. J. Thomson. The following were the.best cards returned:— A Grade.—Mrs Joblin 45 —7—38, Mrs Lucas 46—7} —381, Mrs Burnett 44 —4J— 39j, Mrs Crimp 48—8£ —39J. B Grade.—Mrs Colbourne 48—9£ — 3Sf, Mrs Sinclair 57—15£ —41£. An interclub match played at Corstorphine on Monday between the Belleknowes Ladies’ and St. Clair Ladies’ Golf Clubs resulted as follows (Belleknowes names first): —Mrs Cramtnond defeated Mrs S. Crimp, Mrs Stiven lost to Mrs Trewern by default; Mrs T. D. Martin lost to Mrs H. H.' Osborne, Mrs Dunn lost to Mrs M. L. Williams, Mrs Israel lost to Mrs L. Colbourne, Mrs Elliott lost to Miss I). Gray, Mrs Paterson lost to Mrs F. Sherriff. Mrs McLean lost to Mrs F. COxhead, Mrs . Robertson lost' to Mrs A. E. Timms. Next Tuesday an L.G.U. medal match will be played. OTAGO CLUB. An Australian Stableford bogey match was played by the/Otago Ladies’ Club on Tuesday. The following were the best scores returned: — A Grade.—Miss Elliott 39 points, Mrs Gibson 30, Miss Shand 28, Mrs Dolan, Miss North 27. B Grade.—Mrs Stirling 26 points, Mrs Macpherson, Mrs Sime 24, Mrs Barr 23, Mrs Mitchell 22.
