(P.A.) WELLINGTON, Feb. 15. • “ Harris is a marvellous half-nailer,” said John Fulton, the. American runner, commenting this morning on the cablegram from the ‘ New York 'Times ’ in praise of the New Zealander’s performances. “ 1 do hope that he can get the chance to come to the United States to get experience on cinder tracks and of the conditions he will meet in the Olympic Gaines,” Fulton continued.

Referring to the possibility of Swedes dominating the 1.500 metres event, Fulton said tlie American, Gil Dodds,
