Dornan was taken by Strickland to Australia, where he fought /four contests. winning two and losing two (one on a foul). He is an aggressive boxer with perfect footwork and a very bard right hand which is always in action. He is a good crowd-pleaser in the north, and his Otago debut will bo watched with ihterest. A team of six amateurs, together with trainer Bill Hedberg, will visit Dunedin to box Otago amateurs in the preliminaries. All boys are now matched, and a splendid programme is assured.
