ADDRESSES TO BRITAIN’S LABOUR PARTY IN.Z.P.A. Special Correspondent.! LONDON, January 8. A series of conferences beginning next month will be held by the Labour Party with the object ot explaining the details of the Government’s foreign policy to the rank and file of the party and its leading supporters. All the conferences will be held in private. They will be addressed by Mr Ernest Bevin, Mr Herbert Morrison, Mr A.- V. Alexander, Mr Hugh Dalton, Mr P; Noel-Bakor, Sir Hector McNeil, Sir Hartley Shawcross, and Major C. P. Mayhew. Mr Bevin will address the first of the meetings, which will be held in London, on February 15. A similar series of conferences will also be, arranged to explain the provisions and intention of the Transport Bill
