MR FRANK TURNBULL

(P.A.) WANGANUI, Nov. 22. The doath has occurred of Mr Frank ICingdon Turnbull, barrister and solicitor, of Wanganui. Mr Turnbull had a distinguished record in World War 1., going away with the main body in 1915, and returning after the armistice with Germany, having commanded the Ist Battalion, Wellington Regiment', in France. He won the D.STO. and M.C., and was three times mentioned in despatches. In World War 11. Mr Turnbull, with the rank of major, was in charge of training battalions in Trentham Military Camp, and shortly outbreak and again at the end of the war, he was camp commandant at Papakura,
