OTHERS RETURNED TO OWNERS
(Rec. 11 a.m.) FRANKFURT, Nov. 12. General McNarney announced that the United States army was releasing nearly 600 commercial Danube river boats to their owners in Yugoslavia, Czeeho-Slovakia,' Hungary, Rumania, and Bulgaria. The boats were captured when the Americans entered Austria in 1945, and were then impounded.- The Balkan nations have repeatedly requested the release of tne vessels. In Vienna General Mark Clark announced that he was also returning, Danube river boats to their owners.
