INSURANCE CLAIM LODGED
CRIMINALS' DOSSIERS CIRCULATED A (Rec. 11.40 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 18. The Duke of Windsor has lhdged an insurance claim for £20,000 for the stolen jewellery under Lloyds’ policy. A Paris message says the international Criminal Commission* following the theft, decided to _ send out dossiers on the leading international criminals to police departments throughout Europe and America.
