ARAB STRIKE CALLED
(Rec. 11.35 a.m.) JERUSALEM, October 17. The Arab Higher Committee has decided to call a general strike of Arabs throughout Palestine on November 2, the anniversary of the Balfour Declaration. The committee is asking neighbouring Arab countries to join in.
