SYDNEY'S POWER AND LIGHT RESTRICTIONS IRec. noon.) SYDNEY, Sept. 12. All restrictions on the use of lighting and power in Sydney will end today, according to an announcement hy the Minister of Works and Local Government, Mr J. J. Cahill. The restrictions, which were imposed on June 21, banned the use of electricity for lighting of shop windows, carnivals, tennis courts, and all outdoor sports, and power for radiators in offices ana factories.
The proposed introduction of shift work at the Bunnerong power house is (under discussion.
