BOMB CRATER, REVEALS ROMAN RUINS.—On a bombed site off Fenchurch street, workmen have started excavations across the site, which lies almost in the centre of London as it was in Roman times, just east of the Forum and the market place. It is hoped to find the remains of houses, and. if a main street is struck there will probably be shops along it.
