MENADO MUTINEERS
NEGOTIATIONS BREAK DOWN BATAVIA, Feb. 27. It. is officially stated that negotiations with the leaders of the mutiny of native troops on Menado, North Celebes, have broken clown temporarily because the leaders refused to obey Dutch orders. The British mission which went to Menado considers, however, that negotiations will be satisfactorily concluded. The mutineers, dissatisfied with their ipay and food, took over the civil and military administration
