LOCAL ENLISTMENTS The total enlistments in J-Force, which is to take part in the occupation of Japan, received •at the Area XI. recruiting office up to noon to-day were 298. At the time the office closed last night the figure stood at 282, and a further 16 enlistments received this" morning (including 12 by post) brought the total to the above figure.
