CANADIAN NAVY

LONDON, Jan. 24. The Canadian Navy's first capital ship, the 18,000-ton carrier Warrior, was commissioned at Belfast to-day. The Warrior will bo lent to Canada to make possible the formation and training of a Canadian naval air arm.
