4. DRAFT DUE TUESDAYLOCAL RECEPTION The Otago and Southland portions of the Army, Air Force, and Navy drafts returning to New Zealand by the Durban Castle are expected to reach Dunedin by the two express trains from the north on Tuesday. Personnel for destinations south of Mosgiel will be on the through express, due at 4.18 p.m., and Dunedin, Taieri, and Central Otago troops will be on the second express, due here at 5.1 p.m. The draft is not a large one, numbering about 90 to detrain at Dunedin and 50 destinations in the south. Next-of-kin of Dunedin personnel will be admitted to the south end of the main platform of Dunedin Raliway Station to meet the draft, and transport to homes will be provided in the usual manner. Light refreshments will be provided for 'those going south by the Ofago Provincial Patriotic Council and the Red Cross Society. " LIST OF NAVAL PERSONNEL. The following is a list of the naval personnel returning by the Durban Castle. There are 140 naval ratings on board, of whom 34 are for the South Island:— '*> Rayson, Lloyd J., D.F.C.,- Ty. iLt. (A), Oamaru. Hamilton, Ronald M., Sto., 1/C, Waitati. Ryland, Deiiys, P.0.R.M., Dunedin.'
