REFORMS IN CHINA
REMODELLING OF GOVERNMENT (Kec. 8 a.m.) CHUNGKING, Jan. 2tf A sub-committee of the Political Consultation Conference has agreed to nationalise the army and remodel the Government, largely along the lines of the American Government, with the present one-party Legislative Yuan replaced by a body similar to the House of Representatives.
