AUSTRALIAN EX-SERVICEMEN ENLIST (Rec. 8 a.m.) . BRISBANE, January 23. A number of discharged men are applying here for re-enlistment in tho Army. One says he has *' given civvy life a go, but cannot get back to the Army quick enough.-" A rush was caused by the announcement that recruiting will probably be resumed this week. Canberra has announced that, during the fortnight ended January 19, 37,451 personnel were demobilised. The total number of releases since the end of hostilities are 246,470.
