Brockie should have won the Novice Handicap. He was one of the last to leave the barrier and just failed to catch Merry Lancer. Patmos should not be long in winning a race. She was prominent all the way on Saturday in the Novice Handicap, and is sister to Tuis, and a half-sister to Bridgehead.
