FULLER DETAILS WANTED

FRENCH CABINET'S DECISION (Rec. 11.15 a.m.) PARIS, Dec. 28. The French Cabinet, after discussing the Note from Britain, America, and Russia concerning the drawing up of peace treaties with Italy, _ Bulgaria, Hungary, and Finland, decided to ask the Big Three for fuller details. An official spokesman said France felt that the European countries should play a major part in European affairs. "It is out of the question for France to ask to be one "of the signatories of peace with the Balkan States, with which she is not at war, but we think it at least fair that she should be consulted about everything -which concerns the reconstruction <of Continental Europe." The spokesman pointed out that countries like Greece and Yugoslavia, which have suffered froms.the Italian invasion, would have no part in the peace treaty with Italy.
