OBITUARY
VICE-ADMIRAL LORINO LONDON, December 27. ' The death is announced of ViceAdmiral E. K. Loring. [Born in 1869, Vice-Admiral Ernest Kindersley Loring’s life was devoted to the Navy, in which he gave notable, service during the Great War. He was naval transport officer at Anzac, Gallipoli, in 1915, and subsequently commanded H.M.S. Albion. After a period of shore duty as naval assistant to the Third Sea Lord, he commanded H.M.S. Indomitable and H.M.S. Warspite.iu the Grand Fleet. He was. retired with the rank of Rear-Admiral in 1923.]
