Kaimata, New York. January 18. MOVEMENTS OF VESSELS. —Trans-Tasman.— Karetu (U.S.S. Co. Ltd.) was to clear Lvttelton to-day for Dunedin. She is due i.o-morrow. and after completing discharge of her Australian cargo will load for Sydney. Waitaki is to sail for Bluff and Melbourne on Thursday next. Port 'l'aurauga (ICeilh Ramsay Ltd.) .is not expected to sail before the end of next week for Wellington. Kaikorai (U.S.S. Co. -Ltd.) is to clear Sydney early in January fgr Lytteltou. Timaru. Dunedin, and Bluff. . —Overseas. — Parkdale Park (U.S.S. Co. Ltd.) is to sail this evening for Lyttelton. Wellington, and Vancouver Kaimata (New Zealand Shipping Company Ltd.) is due at Auckland from New York on December 22 to commence discharging cargo. She will complete at Wellington, and load for New York. Boston, and Halifax at Wellington, Lyttelton, Port Chalmers, and Auckland. She is due here on January 18 lteaveley ' (ualgety and Co. Ltd.) is due at Dunedin from Port Pirie on January 4 with a cargo of linseed. After discharge she will load seeds and peas for Liverpool via Auckland. Hermund (H. L. Tapley and Co. Ltd.) was scheduled to load at Scandinavian ports this month for Melbourne, Sydney, Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin via Lisbon. She is expected to reach Dunedin early in February. Norton (Murray, Roberts Ltd.) is expected to reach Port Chalmers from Melbourne on December 30 to load wool. She is scheduled to sali about January 11 for Lyttelton, thence Antwerp. Acadia (H. L. Tapley and Co. Ltd.) is due at Lyttelton on January 7 with phosphate from Makatea. She will subsequently discharge at Ravensbourne and Dunedin.

Vancouver City (H. L. Tapley and Co. Ltd.), after completing discharge Of her Canadian cargo, is to load for the Middle East via Timaru and Wellington, to the agency of the Union Steam Ship Company Ltd. She is to sail about December 29. Themistocles (National Mortgage and Agency Co. Ltd.) cleared Liverpool on December 8 for New Zealand via Durban. She will discharge cargo at Wellington, Lyttelton, and Port Chalmers (due about February 10). Fort La Ba.ye (H. L. Tapley and Co. Ltd.) is to c'o'ar Tampa (Florida) about December 24 for Lyttelton,' Ravensbourne, and Dunedin. She is due at Lyttelton in mid-January. Tyndareus (Dalgety and Co. Ltd.) cleared I-rverpool on November 20 for New Zealand via Cape Town and Durban. She is expected to reach Auckland about January 7, and her other ports of discharge are Wellington, Lyttelton and' Port Chalmers. The vessel is due at the latter port about January 14. ■
