VISIT OF DOMINION PRESIDENT On Wednesday, night the Otago branch of the New Zealand Institute of Electricians (Inc.) held a special meeting to hear an address by the Dominion president, Mr Forbes Gilmore, of Wellington. Mr F, Roberts presided over a good attendance, including the patron, Mr. G. T. Edgar. Jn his opening remarks Mr Gilmore thanked Mr Edgar for the keen interest he had always taken in the activities of the Institute. Being a member of the Electrical Wiremen's Registration Board, Mr Gilmore was able to outline many of the board's problems and to give those present a better understanding of its working. After supper Mr Edgar expressed the pleasure of members at Mr Gilmore's visit and assured him that he would be welcomed on any future occasion.
