DEMANDED BY YUGOSLAVIA TRIESTE AND HUME INCLUDED (Rec. 11 a.m.) , LONDON, Aug. 31 Belgrade radio announced that the National Assembly voted an " order of the day " calling for the early return to Yugoslavia of areas on the Italian-Yugoslav border. The order demanded early reunion with the mother country of the Gorizia. Fradisca, Trieste, Istria, Fiume, and Zara regions, which are obviously an in-J tegral part of Yugoslavia from a geographical, enthonological, and economic point of view, and which were allotted to Italy in the first world war against all reason.
