FRENCH OFFICIALS DISMISSED
(Rec. 11.5 a.m.) LONDON, Juno 27. The Syrian and Lebanese Governments in the past two days have dismissed nearly 60 French experts and officials, including 40 in the Customs branch, says a Beirut message. M. Gaston Ledue, economic adviser to the Lebanese Government, is among those who have been notified that their services are no longer required. The dismissals follow a decision reached between the Syrian and Lebanese Governments.
