TWO FIELD MARSHALS CAPTURED
ONE WEARING CIVILIAN CLOTHES
(Rec. 11 a.m.) LONDON. May 1. . The Americans have captured FieldMarshals List and von Leeb, reports the Associated Press with the Seventh Army. List, who was wearing civilian clothes, said he was relieved of his command in 19-12 for refusing to attack Stalingrad, which he regarded as suicidal.
