NEW ZEALAND VOTES AGAINST - LONDON. April 30. The executive committee of the United Nations conference at San Francisco has decided to issue invitations to White Russia, the Ukraine, and Argentina to take part in Ihe discussions. Five countries voted against an invitation being extended to Argentina, these being Russia, Yugoslavia, Czechoslovakia, Belgium, and New Zealand.
