trt~ • LONDON, April 29.—“ Never, I suppose, have so mapy nations — Britons, Americans, New Zealanders, South Africans, Indians, Poles, Jews, Brazilians, and liberated Italians—manoeuvred in one line so victoriously as in the Fifteenth Army group which is resulting in the complete destruction and capture of all the enemy forces south of the Alps,’’ said Mr Churchill in a message to FieldMarshal Alexander. “ The fact that you and General Clark have been able to accomplish such tremendous and decisive results against a superior number of enemy divisions, after relinquishing whole armies for the western front, is proof of your genius for war."
