ALL DIFFICULTIES OVERCOME

(Rec. 11.10 a.m.) RUGBY, March 4. All difficulties in the path of the Arab unity scheme have been overcome, the Egyptian Minister of Arab Affairs said to-day, according to a Cairo correspondent, after the conclusion day of the Arab Foreign Ministers' conference at which was signed the draft of the statutes of an Arab League. A meeting of Arab Premiers will be held in. Cairo .in a fortnight's time. A general congress, attended by the heads of all Arab States, will be convened next month.
