R.S.A. CHOIR
_+ . TWENTY-SIX YEARS OF SERVICE With the addition of 10 members oi the Second N.Z.E.F. during the year, the membership of the Dunedin Retnrned Services' Choir now stands at 55, it was reported at the twenty-sixth annual meeting last night. The chairman (Mr P. S. Anderson) presided over a large attendance'. When the shoir was founded it had been stated that it would have a limited life, said the Chairman, moving the adoption of the report. The present war, however, had provided a new recruiting ground, and there was no reason why the choir should not continue for another 25 years. Its success during the past year had been due largely to the good attendances, to the work of the conductor (Mr L. B. Borrow), and the pianist (Miss Sybil Baker). Special mention was made by the speaker of Mrs Wilfred Andrews, who has given loyal service sinea the first concert in 1919.' The annual report and the financial statement, which was presented by the treasurer, Mr 0. L. Ferens. were adopted.
