RAYNER OUTPOINTS GORDON
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, Nov. 28. In a professional light-weight boxing contest over 10 rounds at Petone> to-night Clarrie Rayner (Blenheim),'9.7, outpointed Viv. Gordon (Auckland), 9.5. Gordon won the first two rounds, opening a "ash over Rayner's left eye with a right in the second round. After this Rr.y.ner moved fast and scored freely with both hands to the head and body.
