GERMAN THREAT TO HOLD AS HOSTAGES (Rec. 8 a.m:) LONDON, Oct. 7. Germany is openly ■ threatening _to hold as hostages King Leopold, King Christian, General Bor, and other prominent Allied leaders in her hands against the threatened execution of German war criminals, says the Stockholm correspondent of the ' Daily Mail.' They will be taken to Japan, states Goering's ' Essen National Zeitung,' from where they will he exchanged for prominent Nazis captured by the Allies. The Berlin correspondent of the Swedish newspaper ' Morgen Tidningen' says that General' Bor, as a hostage, will play an important part in Germany's plans in the near future.
