Sensational times were registered ( at the New South Wales schools' athletic championships yesterday, when three schoo.boys broke even time for the 100yds. Don Manston (St. Patrick's) ran the 100yds in 9 4-ssec to defeat his "twin brother, Ken Manston, in the under 18 event. Ken Mansion's time was 9 9-10 sec. Don Manston later won the 220yds under 18 in 22sec. John Trelour (North Sydney School) won the 100yds under 17 in 9 9-10 sec and the 220yds in the same age division in 22 l-ssec.
