BALIKPAPAX BOMBED AGAIN.
SYDNEY, October 9.—General MacArthur's bombers have again attacked the Pandansari oil refinery at Balikpapnn (Borneo).'. In a sweep in the Amboiria-Ceram area other aircraft destroyed or damaged 23 Japanese coastal vessels and small craft.
