ESTABLISHMENT OF LEAGUE | Prpss Association—By Telegraph—Copyright (Rec. 8 a.m.) ALEXANDRIA, Oct. 8. The Egyptian Prime Minister, Nahas Pasha, announced the establishment of a league of independent Arab countries to foster co-operation and safeguard their, independence and ' integrity against'aggression. The decision,"to form the league was embodied in a protocol signed by the representatives of Egypt, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, and Transjordan, who form a preparatory committee of the Arab Congress, which is meeting in Alexandria. The protocol also upholds the rights of the Arabs in Palestine and the British policy of _ stopping Jewish immigration to Palestine.
