WOOL APPRAISALS

STORAGE SPACE AMPLE (P.A.) WELLINGTON" October 6. The New Zealand Woolbrokers' Association announces that as a result of negotiations which have been proceeding for some months, the Director-General of Agriculture; Mr E. J. Fawcett, has made arrangements with the other Government departments concerned by which sufficient storage space will be made available to enable the appraisals to be carried on normally in all centres as in previous seasons. In view of this assurance the association asks for the full co-operation of growers and stresses that it is- in the national interest to adhere to ther normal shearing practice and orderly forwarding of clips to the brokers, thus assisting to overcome the transport difficulties.
