RUSSIAN FEELING TOWARDS GERMANS (Ree. 11.6 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 27. Reuter’B Moscow correspondent took advantage of the opening of radio telephone communication between Moscow and London to-day to answer questions put to him by his London office. He said the Russians did not reckon the war would end in weeks or even months. The Russians were most concerned -about the Germans' this time being well and truly beaten. The Germans are hated in ’Russia as in few parts of ravaged Europe. The enemy’s burning and executions created real hatred. The Russians are looking to collaboration with Britain and America to establish a permanent peace with economic and material reconstruction.
