(Rec. 10.35 am.) LONDON, July 12. Two members of the crew recently leaped from a burning Liberator with one parachute between them. They landed safely in an English field suffering no worse than a severe jolt. Tho fire had burned the bombardier's parachute. He climbed on to the navigator's back, and the two went out together, with the bombardier gripping his companion's shoulder straps. 'The bombardier as they floated down worked his way to the front of the navigator, so that they could help each other.
