SEVEN DIVISIONS CALLED UP COUNTER TO GERMAN OCCUPATION (Rec. 11.40 a.m.) LONDON, May 11. Diplomatic sources in Berne report that the Bulgarian Premier, M. Boshilov, has passed a decree ordering the mobilisation of the seven divisions which were released in March for labour purposes, says the British United Press correspondent at Berne. This means total mobilisation, because Bulgaria's nine other divisions are already mobilised. The decree was issued ast night after a stormy session of, Cabinet. Itis regarded as ah .effort I , to counterbalance the Germans, who_ moved in six divisions this week, making a total of 10 German divisions in Bulgaria.
