New Zealanders are fortunate in having an abundant supply of oysters that have no equal. Oyster delicacies that would be very costly overseas can easily be made at home with the assistance of Fether-Flake.

OYSTER FINGERS.-ilb Fether-Flake. rolled to |n thickness; cut in small strips and bake. When cooked, split and fill with following mixture:—loz flour, loz butter, J-pint milk, J-teaspoon lemon juice; salt, and pepper. Make sauce with above ingredients. Beard 1£ dozen oysters, chop, and add to sauce (do not boil).
