EXILED KOREAN GOVERNMENT (Rec. 8 a.m.) " , "WASHINGTON, February 29. Renewing its plea for United States recognition, the exiled Korean; Provisional Government has declared_ its readiness to join the United Nations in the liberation of the homeland and has requested that the Korean underground movement and the guerrillas be armed to participate in the struggle against Japan. It also promised the Korean people that it woujdl provide a democratic, election as- soon as the Japanese were ousted. Tt is the world's oldest Government in exile, and will celebrate its twentyfifth anniversary on March 1.
