MR D. J. EVANS, C.B.E. (P.A.) HOKITTKA, Jan. 26. The death occurred of Mr David John Evans, 0.8. E.. Westland Country clerk for the past 53 years, after a-lengthy illness. A notable citizen ov&r a loni* period, he filled many puhlic positions" He was 78 years of age.
