LAST COMMUNITY SING

The final community sing of the season will be held in the Town Hall on Tuesday, November 2, at B.p.m. The proceeds will be devoted to the fund to provide a bowling green for the Disabled Soldiers' Civil R,e-estab',ishmeut Centre in Auza'c Avenue. A varied programme has been arranged, including items by the Bunediu Ladies' Brass Band, Miss Bertha Rawlinson and her Troubadours, the Maori Party (under Kuini Parata), and a quartet of Chinese children. The box plan will open at Begg's to-morrow. Donations may bo sent to Mr J. F. Himburg, care of Begg's.
